At MKSS Products, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 3 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 3 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Some items such as personal care, used beauty products, or customized items are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Downloadable digital products

• Opened or used personal care and hygiene items (including oils and serums)

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please fill out the Return Request Form on our website or contact our customer support team with your order details.

• Once your return request is approved, we will guide you with return shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

• For an exchange, kindly follow the return process and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.

• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
